Our 'Click and Collect' service is available at all our high street retail branches. To choose this service, select 'Collect from branch' as your delivery method when placing your order online. You will receive an email acknowledging your order and a second email notifying you that the order has been picked. Please print this second email (or have it available to view on a mobile device) and bring into store to collect your items. We aim to have items ready within one working day of purchase, at peak times (e.g Back to School period) this may extend to 2- 3 working days. Please note - we cannot be held responsible for a wasted journey to the store if customers have not received the second email. If you wish to try on items in the branch you may need to wait for the availability of changing facilities and assistance.
We aim to process, pick and despatch all in stock orders within 2 working days. Orders are then sent via one of our delivery services which are selected at the time of placing the order:
All delivery times are approximate based on mainland UK addresses and items being in stock. Please allow an extra few days in busy periods e.g. Back to School, to process your order. We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and as a result your order may arrive earlier.
If your parcel value exceeds £100 your delivery will be made by courier regardless of the delivery option chosen for insurance purposes. You will only be charged for your selected delivery option. The parcel will need to be signed for.
If sent by Royal Mail your postman will attempt one delivery and if you are not at home, will leave you a card so that you can collect the package from your local Royal Mail Sorting Office.
Our delivery company DPD will attempt delivery of your order twice. The first time they will leave you a yellow card and, if you are not at home and you respond the same day, you can arrange a re-delivery at a convenient time. If you do not respond the same day, they usually reattempt delivery the next day. Should you give us a valid mobile number DPD will contact you to give you up to date information regarding your delivery, and you may select other delivery options by responding directly. You may specify during the checkout process for a delivery to be left in a safe place, please note this is at your own risk, and Stevensons accept no liability for lost or damaged parcels in this instance.
If you would like your order to be delivered to an address abroad please select International Delivery at the checkout. There will be an additional charge for international delivery which is dependent on destination and size of parcel. Customer Services will contact you to advise and arrange payment.
Orders placed in school shops are for collection only. We do not currently despatch items via post from our school shops located on school campuses throughout the UK.
School uniform items are supplied subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your items may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock. You will only be charged for one delivery in this instance.
