Assistant Branch Manager

Job Description

Location: Bournemouth

Salary: Competitive Salary

Hours: Full Time

Key Responsibilities
• To work with Manager to achieve branch standards.
• Ensuring branch KPIs are achieved.
• Overseeing branch H+S standards are met
• Staff supervision
• To Cover Branch Manager duties in their absence
• Key Holding and Out of hours Alarm
• To oversee external lock up space
• Attend Selling/Display events as needed.

Branch Administration
• To train and develop the team
• To highlight underperformance and support with action plan
• To support the teams wellbeing needs and requirements
• Produce and communicate daily floor rota, including lunches.
• To support manager with recruitment.

Staff Management
• Stock management
• Complete branch Takings and investigate discrepancies.
• Work with BM to ensure all NS admin is completed on time.
• Monitor branch appointments.

Customer Service
• Role model of excellent customer service.
• Being an escalation point for customer complaint.
• Actively check and respond to the branch and personal inbox.

Knowledge and Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Netsuite
• 3 years management/supervisor experience
